However after losing everything in 2010 Gene rethought everything in his life and business. Since then Gene has worked with founders and CEOs to create repeatable leadership development strategies that foster growth. On the other hand Amanda brings the experience of running multiple multi-million dollar international companies and the ability to articulate the millennial’s state of mind to corporate executives from other generations. Her ability to engage and motivate millennials has driven demand for her consulting workshops and speeches through the world. Amanda is currently working with leaders of Fortune 500s and some of the most venerated privately held conglomerations as they look towards the future of their companies and how to best develop leaders and plan the line of corporate succession. Amanda’s career pivot came during one of her speeches to millennials when a student suggested that she become a “Millennial Translator” because she understands millennials and corporate America.
