The only rule is there are no rules. Work without restrictions. Listen. Then listen some more. Come up with good ideas. Throw them out and come up with great ones. Understand it’s a business but make it your business to have fun. Treat clients like anything but a client. Fire up an extra pot of coffee. Have a few cold ones in the fridge. Understand 8 to 5 means 8 at night to 5 in the morning. Smile. Stay off the center divider. And work your butt off.
