Elliott Powell was introduced to the original concept of employee leasing by the senior partner of a CPA firm based in Dallas TX in 1985. At that time his firm was establishing Alliance Employee Leasing Group. In 1986 First Sun Financial Services Companies (a business cluster of financial service companies) were established and originally contracted with Alliance to handle their marketing efforts nationwide.
