Something I leraned in this process, is there is never a one solution FITS ALL! the problems may seem common, but every problem is unique, and demands a custom made solution to solve it. Hey! I am Shiv, I have dual Masters in Tech & Business administration, an alumni of Deakin University, started a career with HCL technologies as a Business Analyst, and worked along side corporates, Ad Agencies, and Non Profits. In 2013 started my consulting stint, & successfully completed a DECADE in August 2023. I have a boring hobby of observing people at Cafes, Retail stores & Shopping Malls, watching them laugh, care, and argue :) always curious about why someone made a decision to act, what triggered them, and the patterns in their behavioural response in CHOOSING something. Now I do this for a living :) to analyze customer interaction with the BRAND at multiple touch points (online & offline), and draw inferences from the good and bad signals to solve the Key PROBLEMS in their journey to build a LOYAL CUSTOMER BASE with increased LTV's (Life Time Value) for acclerated top-line growth.
