Organizations are becoming leaner today and no longer have the luxury of having enough people to provide deep knowledge in the areas of strategy marketing and training & development. Leaders are so busy with the day-to-day operations that they feel there is never enough time for planning vision and strategy. Kenneally & Company was founded on the idea that there are a lot of great companies in Maine but many of these companies have additional needs in one or more of these areas.
