ES Foxx Solutions LLC was founded on October 14 2009 on a cocktail napkin at the Outback Steakhouse in Baytown Texas. Together Sandra Brewer and Eddie Corbett signed a contract for mutual ownership of a logistics company that would boast over 35 years of combined experience in the logistics industry. While there have been slight ownership and contractual changes since the company's inception on that cocktail napkin Sandra and Eddie's core ownership philosophies have remained the same
