The key to a sustainable quality process is to engage Quality focused engineers from the beginning of the design process and increase their participation as the product nears its deliverable state. Experienced quality engineers are uniquely qualified to ask questions from perspectives that designers developers and product owners can’t easily see due to their close proximity to the product. Quality Engineers can spot inconsistencies potential user-level issues and missteps in design on a whiteboard.
