The Evergreen

The Evergreen is a family affair. Kurt and Heather Huffman took over the space in July of 2015 and oversaw the renovation of the former Portland Police event space (originally a legion hall for the Odd Fellows) . Kurt’s other company ChefStable partners with Chefs and Artisans in Portland to create one of a kind culinary experiences and artisan products. The Evergreen’s purpose is to be an event space and wedding venue worthy of Portland and its residents– a venue where we can celebrate everything exceptional about our amazing City. We were fortunate enough apply all of the lessons we learned in partnering on San Francisco’s premier event space and wedding venue The Pearl to The Evergreen and the result is an event space that we built without compromise. We were able to choose the best of the best in every category. As a result the aesthetics acoustics audio visual system lighting furniture and amenities are world class. We built and equipped The Evergreen to host everything from a small corporate event to a concert by the Rolling Stones. There are no limitations. Read more...
