Fronteer Payroll Services is locally owned and operated by owners Jason Dockter President and Kristyn Kurtz Secretary/Treasurer. Since 1993 we have been providing human resources employee benefits and payroll administration to companies large and small on an outsourced basis. Fronteer Payroll Services is a Professional Employer Organization (PEO) registered with the North Dakota Secretary of State as a Professional Employer Organization (PEO).
