HISTORY Thin Green Line (TGL) was founded in 2014 by William J. “Will” Plumas with the express purpose of providing problem solving solutions that made sense for the real world. With subject matter expertise levied from years of experience and through strong relationships Will hoped to bring his no nonsense approach to the challenges faced by both public and private sector entities in today’s world.
